1. General Rules

1.1 Opening Hours: The VIGORY Centre is open during the designated times. These can be viewed on our website. Outside of supervised hours, access is only permitted for members with a valid fitness subscription and appropriate instruction.

1.2 Clothing and hygiene:
Please wear appropriate sportswear and clean trainers in the fitness area. A towel must be used in all areas, particularly on the training equipment. We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing for treatments in the treatment area.

1.3 Personal Belongings: Valuables and personal belongings must be stored in the designated lockers. The VIGORY Centre accepts no liability for lost or stolen items.

1.4 Bringing accompanying persons: During unsupervised time, it is not permitted to bring individuals without a valid membership into the VIGORY Center premises as guests or companions. Entry is exclusively reserved for members for security reasons.

1.5 Taking animals with you: For hygiene reasons, animals are not permitted in the VIGORY Center premises.

2. Behaviour in the fitness area

2.1 Device Usage: All devices must be used correctly and in accordance with instructions.

Please return weights and accessories to their place after use.

2.2 Cleaning of the equipment: After each use, the equipment must be disinfected with the cleaning agents provided.

2.3 Behaviour: Please ensure respectful interaction. Loud conversations, blocking equipment and disruptive behaviour are to be avoided. Furthermore, when using smartphones or other smart devices, the privacy of other trainees must not be disturbed. Please set your smartphone to silent, avoid loud phone calls and note that video calls are not permitted for data protection reasons. Taking photos and filming other people is forbidden throughout the centre in order to protect personal rights.

2.4 Health: Only exercise when you are in good health. If you experience any signs of discomfort or injury, please inform a member of staff or seek immediate medical attention.

3. Appointments Treatments

3.1 Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointments.

3.2 Cancellations: Cancellations or postponements of appointments must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

4. Safety and Emergency Regulations

4.1 Access and Access Control during Unsupervised Hours: Access to the VIGORY Center during unsupervised hours is only permitted with a valid fitness membership. Please scan your member badge at the entrance and check in individually each time you enter the center, even if you are accompanied. This is for your own safety and allows us to track who is on our premises at all times.

4.2 Video Surveillance: To ensure your safety, the training and reception areas are subject to video surveillance. Recordings are used exclusively for the safety and security of our members and employees.

4.3 Emergency Equipment: The reception area is equipped with an emergency telephone, emergency numbers, a first-aid kit, and a defibrillator to alert emergency services and initiate necessary measures in an emergency.

4.4 Emergency Procedures: In the event of an emergency, please follow staff instructions. In case of fire or other danger, proceed immediately to the designated emergency exits.

5. Cleanliness and order

5.1 Food and Drink: Eating and drinking are only permitted in designated areas.

7. Final Provisions

7.1 Amendments to the House Rules: The VIGORY Center reserves the right to amend the

7.2 Validity: These house rules apply to all visitors and members of the VIGORY Centre and must be observed on every visit.
